What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM Central Time. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with prior arrangement, depending on availability.

Is Wi-Fi available in the condo?

Yes! The condo has high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV setup for streaming your favorite shows.

Is parking included?

Parking fee will be collected upon booking.

Parking pass will be issued at the security gate upon arrival (Security is available 24 hours)
Passes cost $40.00 per vehicle per stay.  (1 pass is built into the cost of the stay, listed as a management fee) Extended Stay Fee: Flat rate of $40.00 per vehicle per 28-night stay
Visitor Fee (Day Fee): $7.00 per vehicle per day
If additional parking passes are required, please contact us through the messaging app.
Parking pass must be displayed on the driver’s side front windshield area.
You may park anywhere in the lot, with the exception of the green reserved owner spots
No RV’s, trailer parking on-site.

What are the fees for Clubhouse wristbands & What does it Include?

Wristbands are optional and allow access to the exclusive Clubhouse amenities, including:

  • Heated indoor pool

  • Club-only outdoor pool

  • Hot tubs

  • Fitness center

  • Game room

  • Tennis & pickleball courts

  • Daily kids’ activities and craft sessions

Wristband fees (per rental, not per person):

  • 1 day: $46

  • 2 days: $44/day – Total: $88

  • 3 days: $42/day – Total: $126

  • 4 days: $40/day – Total: $160

  • 5 days: $38/day – Total: $190

  • 6 days: $36/day – Total: $216

  • 7 days: $34/day – Total: $238

These can be purchased at the Clubhouse upon arrival. Prices are subject to change by the resort.

Do we need to bring our own towels or linens?

All bed linens, bath towels, and hand towels are provided. We recommend bringing your own beach towels, as those are not included.

What’s included in the kitchen?

The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, and small appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, and blender. It’s stocked with a few starter items like dish soap and paper towels, but you’ll want to bring or buy extras for longer stays.

What starter supplies are included with the condo?

To help you settle in, we provide a few starter essentials:

  • One roll of toilet paper per bathroom

  • One travel-size shampoo and conditioner per bathroom

  • One bar of soap per bathroom

  • A roll of paper towels

  • One single-use dishwashing detergent pod

  • A small bottle of dish soap

  • One laundry detergent pod

  • Trash bags for the kitchen and bathrooms

Please note these are just starter items — we recommend bringing or picking up additional supplies for longer stays.

Are there restaurants on the resort?

Yes! You can enjoy meals right on the property at The Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, or grab drinks and snacks at the Gulf Grill by the clubhouse pool. A variety of off-site dining options are also just a short drive away.

Is the condo beachfront?

Yes — Bristol 809 is a Gulf-front condo on the 8th floor with a private balcony that offers unobstructed views of the ocean and white-sand beaches.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, in accordance with HOA rules and resort policy. Only certified service animals, as defined by the ADA, are permitted.

What are some nearby attractions?

You’re just minutes from Kiva Dunes Golf Course, Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, and a short drive to the attractions of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, including restaurants, shopping, boating, and seasonal events.  Check out our Local Attractions page and our digital Guest Guidebook to review all the options.
